The Business Development Manager will lead and develop a team of Sales Development Representatives (SDRs), driving consistent pipeline generation through effective day to day management, coaching, and execution. In this critical role, you will own key growth metrics, including demos, pipeline, and revenue, while holding the team accountable to performance goals and helping individual reps reach their full potential. As the team grows, you will focus on maintaining strong execution, developing talent, and scaling team performance in a remote first environment.
