About the role We're looking for an Account Executive with 1–2 years of experience to join our growing accounts team. This is an entry-level role designed to support our senior account leads in delivering excellent service to our pharma and healthcare clients. You'll be a key point of contact for day-to-day client communication, help keep accounts organized and running smoothly, and gain hands-on experience managing agency-client relationships. This role is a great fit for someone early in their agency career who's driven, focused in healthcare, detail-oriented, communicates well, and wants to grow into a more senior client-facing role over time.
