Behind every reliable release is someone who asks the right questions, identifies hidden risks, and knows that "it seems to work" isn't quite good enough. We're looking for a Software QA Lead to join one of our Australian clients and take ownership of QA delivery, testing improvements, and team development. Part technical expert, part people leader, you'll balance hands-on testing with coaching Test Analysts, strengthening test automation, and collaborating with Product, Business Analysis, and Engineering teams. You'll help introduce smarter, risk-based testing practices, explore AI-assisted testing tools, and identify quality risks earlier
