Sourcing Specialist

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Sourcing Specialist to support our recruitment team by identifying, attracting, and engaging high-quality candidates. You will play a critical role in building talent pipelines across various roles, ensuring we consistently deliver top-tier candidates to meet business needs. Key Responsibilities Proactively source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, social media, databases, and other sourcing channels Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs Partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements and ideal candidate profiles Conduct initial candidate outreach and engagement to assess interest and suitability Maintain accurate candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to attract passive candidates Track and report sourcing metrics including pipeline activity and conversion rates Stay up to date with market trends, talent availability, and competitor insights Support employer branding initiatives and talent attraction campaigns Key Requirements 2–4 years of experience in sourcing or recruitment, preferably in an offshore or agency environment Strong experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and Boolean search techniques Excellent written and verbal English communication skills Proven ability to source candidates across various roles (e.g. accounting, finance, admin, IT – depending on your bus
