Position Description Position Title: HR Administrator – Teneo (Voluntary Administration) Reports To: HR Director (direct reporting line) HR Advisor (day to day functional guidance) Location: Offshore (remote) — Philippines Working Hours: 9.00am to 5.00pm Australian Eastern Standard Time (AEST), Monday to Friday This role follows the Australian business calendar and includes working on Philippines public holidays. Employment Type: Full time Position Purpose The HR Administrator provides administrative and record keeping support to the Human Resources function of The Infinity Group, working under the direct line management of the HR Director and the day to day functional guidance of the HR Advisor. This role is dedicated solely to stores administered by the Teneo Administrators, and is primarily responsible for HR record keeping, correspondence support, and assistance with the preparation and tracking of employment contracts for stores within its remit. The role is administrative in nature and does not carry responsibility for performance management, disciplinary matters, investigations or terminations. All performance related matters must be escalated to the HR Advisor and/or HR Director immediately and are not to be handled or responded to by the HR Administrator, unless the response is administrative only i.e., lunch break hours confirmation, etc. Key Responsibilities HR Inbox and Query Support Assist the HR Advisor in monitoring and managing the HR inbox on a daily basis fo
