Principal Consultant, Solutions and Products

We are looking for a Principal Manager, Solutions and Products to join our team located in Laval, QC. ***Hybrid position or Remote work*** The primary responsibility of the Principal Manager, Solutions and Products will be to maintain and develop relationships with a given group of clients in the collective benefits field. They will focus on understanding our clients' needs and work collaboratively with support teams to propose solutions that will enhance their employee benefits experience. The duties of the Principal Manager, Solutions and Products position include: • Acting as the point of contact for People Corporation's partner firms to promote all our products, support sales efforts, and convert clients. • Supporting the onboarding process by working directly with the administrative staff of partner firms responsible for quotes and implementations. • Collaborating with the Quebec management team to identify and seize opportunities aligned with the partner firms' objectives. • Working closely with our product implementation and service delivery teams to ensure a smooth transition of clients to our products. • Building and maintaining a strong relationship with the management team and key partners. • Supporting broker partners in closing sales.
