Senior Enterprise Communications & Delivery Specialist

Job Description: Penn Mutual is seeking a well-rounded communications professional to join our dynamic Enterprise Communications team. As a Senior Enterprise Communications & Delivery Specialist, you'll develop compelling content, support enterprise communications planning, and help translate communication strategies into timely, high-quality deliverables across channels. We're looking for a self-starter with exceptional organizational skills who enjoys managing multiple priorities, bringing new ideas to the table, and contributing to both team and business objectives through audience-first communications. While the role is primarily focused on internal communications, you'll join a team responsible for integrated communications planning that supports both internal and external audiences. Help manage the day-to-day delivery of enterprise communications, including gathering information from stakeholders, developing and editing content, thoughtfully leveraging AI, and preparing communications for publication across multiple channels Support content updates and coordination across a variety of employee communications channels, including intranet, instant notifications, webinars, and more Partner with the director and manager to translate communications strategies and plans into clear, actionable deliverables, ensuring projects
