What this Journey Looks Like At Pearster , we are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Developer / Business Systems Analyst to join our prominent Canadian fintech client. This hybrid role combines business analysis, solution design, ServiceNow development, and stakeholder engagement to deliver scalable, enterprise solutions across the ServiceNow platform. The successful candidate will work closely with business stakeholders and other developers to analyze business requirements, recommend solutions, configure and develop the ServiceNow platform, and support the delivery of enhancements from intake through production. What You'll Lead and Build Business Analysis Act as the primary Business Systems Analyst (BSA) and Subject Matter Expert (SME) for multiple concurrent requests, enhancements, and strategic initiatives. Partner with business stakeholders to elicit, analyze, document, and validate business and functional requirements. Translate business requirements into detailed functional and technical specifications, user stories, process maps, and workflow diagrams. Facilitate workshops, discovery sessions, requirements reviews, and stakeholder sign-offs. Act as the liaison between business and technology teams throughout the delivery lifecycle.
