The business operates globally with a distributed team and a hands-on, informal culture. Its current agency provides limited weekly support, so leadership is building an in-house function that works directly with the sales team on campaign direction and growth. About the Role The Google Ads Specialist owns the full Google Ads account for high-ticket B2B lead generation, from keyword research and bidding to reporting. The role joins internal sales calls and strategy sessions, some of which fall outside standard hours, to find new keywords, audiences, and verticals. Success in the first 90 days means a clear understanding of the sales cycle and measurable reductions in Cost Per Lead and Customer Acquisition Cost.
