Role: Senior Associate, Leadership Practice Locations: New York City, Boston, Chicago, Houston Position Summary The Senior Associate is a critical delivery leader within Pearl Meyer ’s Leadership Practice, owning assigned projects and/or multiple or interdependent workstreams. In all cases, the results are integrated into fully formed, client-ready work products. Senior Associates anticipate issues, shape storylines and recommendations, direct and review junior team members’ work, and deliver output requiring limited senior-level iteration. While not accountable for the engagement overall, the Senior Associate is central to delivery excellence and contributes through increasing client influence, subject-matter depth, business development, and collaboration across the Leadership Practice and more widely across Pearl Meyer . Key Responsibilities Own projects, interdependent workstreams, or a significant portion of a large engagement, and integrate results into a coherent client-ready answer. Produce fully formed, client-ready work product with limited senior iteration and exceptional standards for rigor, accuracy, storyline, judgment, and usefulness. Anticipate engagement-level issues, propose solutions, and escalate with judgment; help shape the workplan, storyline, and recommendations with more senior consultants.
