About the Role
Intermediate QA Automation Analyst – Merchant Onboarding and Acquisition. As an intermediate QA analyst within the Merchant Onboarding team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the quality, reliability, and performance of integrations that allow new merchants to join the PayFacto platform, across both our Web application and our APIs. You will take charge of testing your features from planning to production deployment, working autonomously and in close collaboration with developers, product managers, and the customer support team. Main responsibilities: Test planning and design: Analyze requirements and user stories related to merchant onboarding journeys, then design test plans, test cases, and scenarios covering the Web application and APIs using recognized techniques (equivalence partitioning, boundary values, risk-based testing). Web application testing: Perform functional, end-to-end, and exploratory testing of the merchant onboarding Web application, including forms, validations, document uploads, and status flows. API testing: Test REST APIs used in merchant onboarding integrations using Postman, validating requests, responses, status codes, and error handling.
