Senior Marketing Coordinator – GoHighLevel, Social Media & Executive Support | Remote, PST Hours Position Type: Full-Time, Remote Working Hours: U.S. Business Hours ( PST Required ) About the Role At Pavago , one of our clients is hiring a Senior Marketing Coordinator to support executive operations, marketing execution, social media, content coordination, CRM management, and program administration. This is a hands-on, execution-focused role for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple moving pieces in an entrepreneurial environment. This is not a strategic marketing leadership position. Your focus will be on consistent execution, organized implementation, and reliable follow-through —ensuring marketing, content, communication, and administrative workflows are completed accurately and on time. You’ll work closely with leadership and serve as a key operational resource across marketing and day-to-day business activities.
