This is a product-focused design role that goes beyond creating beautiful interfaces. You’ll combine user research, product thinking, UX strategy, UI design, and scalable design systems to build intuitive, high-performing digital products that improve usability, engagement, and customer satisfaction. Working closely with Product Managers and Engineers, you’ll transform user insights into polished, developer-ready experiences while continuously optimizing products through research, analytics, and experimentation. Responsibilities UX Research & Product Discovery Conduct user research, interviews, usability testing, and behavioral analysis. Translate research findings into personas, user journeys, workflows, and user flows. Identify friction points and recommend UX improvements. Leverage product analytics tools such as Mixpanel and Amplitude to inform design decisions. Collaborate with Product Managers to validate assumptions and prioritize user needs.
