💻 Implementation Consultant (SaaS, Technical Project Management, System Deployments) – Remote Position Type: Full-Time, Remote 🚀 About the Role We’re hiring an Implementation Consultant to lead end-to-end SaaS implementation projects and ensure successful client onboarding, deployment, and adoption. This role combines: technical project management client-facing consulting system configuration process optimization implementation execution You’ll work directly with clients to deploy software solutions, configure workflows, migrate data, manage integrations, and drive long-term adoption. This is not a passive coordination role. You will own implementations from: Planning → Configuration → Deployment → Optimization If you enjoy solving technical challenges, managing complex projects, and helping clients achieve measurable business outcomes — this role is a strong fit. 🔥 What You’ll Own End-to-End SaaS Implementations Manage the complete implementation lifecycle from kickoff through go-live Build implementation plans, timelines, milestones, and rollout strategies Ensure projects are delivered: on time within scope with high client satisfaction Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders throughout deployment Client Consulting & Process Optimization Analyze client workflows and operational processes Identify implementation requirements and business objectives Recommend scalable SaaS configurations and best practices Translate business needs into technical solutions and workflow
