Implementation Consultant – Remote SaaS Implementation | Client Onboarding | Project Management | Software Configuration Position Type: Full-Time, Remote Working Hours: U.S. Client Business Hours (with flexibility for implementation deadlines, go-live support, and client training sessions) About the Role At Pavago , one of our clients is hiring an Implementation Consultant to lead clients through successful software implementations—from project kickoff to post-launch adoption and optimization. This role combines project management, business process analysis, software configuration, client onboarding, training, and technical consulting to ensure customers successfully adopt and maximize the value of the platform. You’ll work closely with clients to understand their workflows, configure solutions that meet their business needs, coordinate implementations, and serve as a trusted advisor throughout the onboarding journey. What You’ll Own Client Implementation & Project Management Lead end-to-end software implementation projects from kickoff through go-live and post-launch support. Manage multiple implementation projects simultaneously while ensuring timelines and milestones are achieved. Coordinate project deliverables with clients and internal teams.
