This is not a creative production role . A dedicated creative team handles ad design, imagery, email creative, and copywriting. Your responsibility is to take those assets and make them perform . You’ll own growth across: Meta Ads Google Ads Shopify Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) Klaviyo & retention Technical SEO Analytics & reporting We’re looking for a growth operator who understands that ecommerce performance doesn’t stop at generating traffic. You’ll connect acquisition → conversion → retention and continuously identify opportunities to increase revenue, ROAS, conversion rate, AOV, and customer lifetime value. You’ll work directly with the Directors and have significant ownership over digital growth strategy and execution.
