Construction Project Coordinator – Remote Commercial Construction | AIA Billing | Buildertrend | Contracts & Bonding Position Type: Full-Time, Remote Working Hours: U.S. Business Hours About the Role At Pavago , one of our clients is hiring a Construction Project Coordinator to support the successful execution of commercial construction projects from pre-construction through project closeout. This is a high-impact operations role responsible for managing construction contracts, AIA billing, bonding documentation, project records, and day-to-day project coordination across multiple active commercial projects. You’ll work closely with project managers, contractors, municipalities, vendors, bonding companies, and leadership to ensure projects remain organized, compliant, and on schedule. What You’ll Own Contracts & Bonding Management Manage commercial construction contracts throughout the project lifecycle. Coordinate: Bid bonds Performance bonds Maintenance bonds Prepare and submit bonding documentation accurately and on time. Communicate with bonding companies, municipalities, general contractors, and project stakeholders. Monitor contract compliance and maintain organized project documentation.
