This is a hands-on bookkeeping role where you’ll be responsible for: Bank reconciliations Property management accounting Accounts payable Financial reporting QuickBooks Online & Buildium management You’ll work closely with the property management team to ensure accurate financial records, timely reporting, and efficient accounting operations across multiple properties and business entities. What You’ll Own Bank Reconciliations & Financial Accuracy Reconcile multiple bank accounts across various properties using Buildium. Review financial records for accuracy and completeness. Investigate and resolve discrepancies and outstanding items. Maintain audit-ready financial documentation. Bookkeeping & Accounting Maintain multiple QuickBooks Online company files. Record and categorize financial transactions accurately. Ensure accounting records align with NARPM Chart of
