Location: New York (Hybrid) or Remote Job Summary Reporting to the VP, Campaign Management & Yield Optimization, the Yield Manager, Precision is the individual contributor responsible for yield analysis and strategy on our Precision product. You’ll be responsible for building and maintaining dashboards for various teams across the organization. You'll design the frameworks governing data elevation, ad delivery, campaign optimization, and supply partner management. You will provide data driven recommendations for business and operations decisions and a key piece in the growth of our Precision business What You’ll Do Own yield strategy including pricing guidance, alerting, ad delivery and conversion, and demand allocation Design packaging frameworks and define end-to-end deal operations from setup through optimization Run structured experiments (A/B, multivariate) on priority rules, demand distribution; build forecasting models quantifying revenue and margin impacts Partner with Data & Analytics to build unified dashboards across channels; establish campaign and supply health KPIs/standards and serve as escalation point alerts
