Senior Product Manager

Position Summary Patient Funding Alternatives (PFA) is seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager to partner with business stakeholders, translate operational needs into technology solutions, and drive successful delivery of both internally developed and third-party software solutions. This role will serve as a critical bridge between business stakeholders, operations teams, and technology teams, including external vendors when applicable. The Senior Product Manager will be responsible for understanding business needs, designing and improving workflows, translating those needs into actionable requirements, supporting agile delivery, and ensuring successful implementation of technology solutions. The ideal candidate brings strong healthcare domain knowledge combined with hands-on product management or systems design consulting experience. They are comfortable working directly with executives, facilitating requirements gathering sessions, designing technology-enabled workflows, managing competing priorities, and driving initiatives from concept through implementation. Key Responsibilities Product Discovery & Business Partnership Partner closely with operations, finance, patient advocacy, executive leadership, and other stakeholders to understand business objectives and operational challenges. Facilitate workshops, interviews, and working sessions to identify business needs and opportunities for improvement. Document current-state and future-state workflows, business proc
