PATH is implementing a large, complex global health project that requires timely monitoring of program performance, financial health, and milestone achievement across multiple countries and workstreams. Data relevant to project management currently resides across several systems, including internal project reporting tools, BusinessWorld, Salesforce, monitoring and evaluation (M&E) systems, and other organizational data sources. To strengthen data-driven decision-making, PATH seeks a short-term consultant to design and develop a suite of Power BI dashboards and reporting tools that integrate data from multiple systems and provide actionable insights for project teams, financial managers, and executive leadership.
