Job Description Passion for Life, Inc. is seeking unpaid Volunteer/Intern Recruitersas part of our Skilled Volunteering Initiative to help build a high-impact nonprofit workforce. We are looking for 2 driven individualsto support our recruitment efforts by identifying and onboarding talented volunteers across HR, Learning & Development, Operations, and Research & Evaluation. As aVolunteer Recruiter, you will: ✔ Screen, interview, and onboard new volunteers, facilitating a smooth integration. ✔ Implement and refine our project-based staffing model, ensuring efficient placement and engagement. This is an opportunity toapply your HR and recruitment expertise in a mission-driven environmentwhile gaining valuable nonprofit experience. Qualifications Required: ✔ Interest in HR, talent acquisition, or recruitment ✔ Strong communication and interpersonal skills ✔ Ability to assess candidates and match them to volunteer roles ✔ Detail-oriented with organizational and time management skills ✔ Comfortable working remotely and independently ✔ Passion for volunteerism and nonprofit work
