Position Overview: As a Freight Agent at Partner Fr8 , you will be an independent contractor responsible for driving revenue by securing new clients and managing ongoing relationships. You will have the flexibility to work remotely and will receive full operational support from our in-house team, including billing, accounts receivable and payable, and carrier management. Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain relationships with shippers, providing tailored solutions to their freight needs. Manage customer accounts, ensuring top-notch service and consistent follow-up. Collaborate with our brokerage team to find the right carriers for your clients' shipments. Expand your book of business by identifying and onboarding new clients. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and market shifts to provide customers with the most competitive rates and solutions.
