What You'll Be Doing: Preparing, editing, and formatting technical documentation, including Site Survey Reports (SSRs), SIPs, and other project deliverables. Reviewing engineering drawings, site survey data, technical specifications, and supporting documentation to develop accurate technical reports. Ensuring documents comply with established templates, formatting standards, and client requirements. Proofreading technical documents for accuracy, clarity, consistency, grammar, and proper terminology. Coordinating with engineers, field personnel, and other project team members to obtain information and resolve documentation discrepancies. Incorporating review comments and maintaining document revisions throughout the review and approval process. Preparing and verifying tables of contents, figures, tables, references, and other supporting document elements.
