What You'll Be Doing: Program life cycle activities from project setup, maintenance, invoicing support, accruals, financial monthly projections and support month end close Collaborate with Program Manager and other functional departments to include business manager, billing, contracts, subcontracts and operations to ensure business plans are implemented, forecast and plan are developed and monitored, and financial objectives are achieved Support Quarterly Deep Dive, AOP, and monthly forecast Develop and Maintain Estimates at Completion (EAC) and assist in accurate projections of Estimates to Complete (ETC) Support maintenance of project Risk Register by participating in monthly workshops with the project team to identify new risks, mitigate existing risks and support the calculation of the cost and schedule impact and associated contingency based on the risk probability.
