In this role you will get to provides strategic leadership and oversee foreign and domestic trade compliance. What You'll Be Doing: Manages and supervises the trade compliance team, leading activities such as restricted party screenings, authorizations, licensing, travel assessments, and jurisdiction/classification activities. Oversees compliance with trade laws and regulations, including applicable regulations such as ITAR, EAR, FCPA, sanctions, and free trade agreements. Manages the trade compliance program throughout the product lifecycle, including concept, development, access, labeling, marketing, sales, and exports. Develops and leads the implementation of the global trade. Compliance strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
