Unleash your talent and redefine what’s possible. Job Description: Leave Specialist Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Leave Specialist to join our team! In this role you will get to work with our amazing employees who may need time away from work. What You'll Be Doing: Assist employees when requesting leave of absence from work that may include but not limited to: Medical, Personal, Military, Disability, FMLA and ADAAA Oversee the return to work process and coordinate with manager, talent leader and employee relations functions Generate and distribute reports to functional areas relating to leave of absence Conduct HR operational transactions in the HR systems and applications that support disability cases Resolve employee questions and issues in a timely manner Project manage prompt and complete resolution of technical challenges, collaborating with other teams to get the job done effectively and efficiently. Serve as an informational resource for HR Central for leave and disability Work closely with vendors to ensure service levels are effective Proactively identify policy and process improvement opportunities
