In this role you will provide technical support to classified programs to protect security interests. What You'll Be Doing: Responsible for various elements of government security pertaining to the protection of classified information including personnel security, information security, education and training, and physical security et. al. Be knowledgeable and aware of Executive Orders, applicable Code of Federal Regulations, the National Industrial Security Program Operating Manual, Orders, JAFAN and other applicable regulations and requirements that pertain to the National Industrial Security Program. Participate in government security inspections, reviews and assessment and conduct self inspections. Maintain accountability systems of classified material and ensure appropriate protection of controlled unclassified information. Process employees for security clearances, maintain classified document accountability logs, forwards visit requests for classified meetings
