With our SaaS solutions ParkEfficient and OfficeEfficient, we help companies utilize their office and parking spaces more efficiently, automate processes, and design modern working environments. Our customers include leading banks, insurance companies, and a variety of businesses ranging from German SMEs to DAX-listed corporations. To strengthen our team, we are looking for a dedicated project management professional to accompany our customers during the rollout of our software solutions and independently lead implementation projects to success. Responsibilities Your Tasks As a project manager, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers during the introduction of our software. You will coordinate projects from initial alignment to a successful go-live and ensure that our customers can utilize our solutions optimally. In particular, you will take on the following responsibilities: Project Management: You plan, coordinate, and manage the rollout of our SaaS solutions for new clients—from project initialization to a successful go-live. Customer Onboarding: You guide our customers through the implementation process, moderate workshops and training sessions, and support them in configuring our software. Customer Communication
