Parexel FSP is hiring a Participant Recruitment Site Engagement Associate in Mexico Provides recruitment and engagement support to clinical trial site staff to help facilitate access to client systems, ensure timely updates about recruitment of participants, communicate recruitment plans and escalations appropriately in a manner that is consistent with client standards and supports our relationships with our sites. Oversight of assigned sites in support of study level recruitment, including but not limited to: •Tracking and oversight of site level information; initiate and coordinate the completion of tracking information •Provides status updates on key tasks and activities to the appropriate colleagues as requested (PRS, AD, Director, etc.) and contribute to study level PRR updates •Works proactively and independently to coordinate and prioritize multiple key study tasks in support of clinical trial systems and processes •Ensures the comp
