ICLL is responsible for site contracting (CSA, CRC) cost effectiveness, contract integrity, and site financial governance: Standard site contracting process (CSA / CRC / ICD review & execution) Site budget development aligned with Fair Market Value (FMV) principles Basic legal/cost negotiation with sites Alignment with client SOP / legal templates Coordination with CTM / Legal / study team Minimal/Must-have Requirement 1.
