Your responsibilities with us: As a Working Student (m/f/d) in Sales & Sales Operations, you will help us make our sales processes more efficient, digital, and transparent. You will work both on day-to-day operational business and on the further development of our internal procedures. Tender Management: You provide administrative support for public tender procedures – from publication to bid submission. Digital Tender Software: You assist us in the introduction of modern tender software and help establish the associated workflows. Document management: You compile required proofs, self-declarations, and other tender documents and keep them up to date. Process optimization: You analyze existing sales and contract processes, identify potential for improvement, and contribute to the development of uniform standards. CRM & Automation: You support the further development of our CRM and DocuSign processes and work on digital workflows and automation solutions. Documentation & Knowledge Management: You create process descriptions, guidelines, and work instructions and support the establishment of a central process and knowledge manual.
