POSITION SUMMARY The Revenue Analyst plays an integral role in the stewardship of PanCAN’s donors. Through utilizing our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) database (Salesforce) and online donation platforms (Luminate Online and FundraiseUp), this role ensures gifts are accurately and timely entered and coded in our revenue management systems (Salesforce) daily. The Revenue Analyst plays a critical role in ensuring quality control of data with a close attention to detail as well as a strong understanding of our revenue sources, fundraising platforms, reporting systems, integration flows and reporting requirements. PanCAN’s Technology Enterprise Roadmap embraces continual improvement and investing in new technologies and processes.
