About the Role We’re hiring an Organic Content Strategist for a US DTC gifting brand to work remotely with their team. The brand makes sentimental, gift-led products built around personal milestones like births and weddings. You’ll own their organic presence on Instagram and TikTok, from strategy to execution. That means planning the content calendar, creating and editing posts, and turning creator content into social posts that carry real emotion rather than reading like product marketing. You’ll work in a small team directly with leadership and an outsourced agency layer. You’ll also partner closely with the brand’s Affiliate & Partnerships Manager, turning the creator content they bring in into organic posts. Job Responsibilities Day to Day Own the brand’s organic presence across Instagram and TikTok. Create and edit static and video content using company assets, creator content and product samples. Source creator-generated content and shape it into engaging organic posts. Do light video editing and adapt content for cross-platform use.
