Position Name: PAYROLL PROCESS ANALYST Level: INDIVIDUAL CONTRIBUTOR Location: REMOTE Position Mission: Provide specialized service delivery through the execution and management of payroll for operational and administrative personnel, guaranteeing timely and accurate payments, benefits, and perks. Additionally, lead continuous improvement initiatives and process automation to optimize operations, increase efficiency, and strengthen the employee experience. Main Responsibilities: Ensure timely and accurate payment for the operational and administrative employees under their responsibility through the processes established by the AP COE and Xpertal. Release of EP and CM Operational Payroll. Release of weekly and monthly Administrative Payroll. Review of operational and administrative payroll. Request payroll advances. Management of payroll card deposit rejections. SCYF movements and settlements. Register payroll-affecting incidents and incentives on time and in accordance with the established processes for each case. Manage alimony payments according to what is defined in the official document.
