SEO and Web Development Specialist

About the Role We're looking for a results-driven SEO & Web Optimization Specialist to lead our digital presence through effective SEO strategies, website development, and content performance optimization. In this hands-on role, you’ll work directly with the CEO and collaborate across teams to improve search rankings, site performance, and conversion outcomes. Fully-remote! Anywhere in the Philippines! ​ SEO Strategy & Execution: Conduct in-depth keyword research to identify opportunities for growth Optimize on-page elements like titles, meta tags, internal links, and content structure Perform regular technical SEO audits and implement fixes to enhance site health and visibility Develop backlink strategies and manage citations for local SEO improvement Implement and manage schema markup for enhanced SERP results Website Management & Performance: Ensure websites are fast, mobile-optimized, secure, and visually aligned with brand identity Update WordPress/Shopify sites including plugins, themes, and structural improvements Improve user experience (UX), layout, and site navigation Track and enhance website performance metrics and core web vitals Content & Campaign Support: Collaborate with marketing and design teams to develop SEO-optimized blog posts, landing pages, and campaign content Execute A/B tests to improve conversions across key pages and CTAs Deliver four high-quality blog posts and four email/text campaigns monthly Post week
