Responsibilities Recruit CDL drivers for open driving positions across the U.S. • Find applicants through job boards, social media, referrals, networking, and other recruiting methods • Speak with drivers to determine qualifications and hiring needs • Match applicants with the best available opportunities • Stay in contact with drivers throughout the hiring process • Develop and maintain your own pipeline of qualified candidates Qualifications Self-starter who enjoys working independently • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Organized with good time management Comfortable using computers, social media, and online recruiting tools • Recruiting, sales, customer service, or trucking industry experience is a plus, but training is provided What You'll Need • Computer or laptop Reliable high-speed internet connection • Telephone or smartphone Dedicated workspace where you can work without distractions Why Join Us?
