Job Summary We are hiring a highly organized and proactive Logistics Coordinator with hands-on experience using Karmak Fusion to manage transportation, shipping, inventory, and logistics operations. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, able to work in a fast-paced environment, and experienced in logistics coordination within the trucking, automotive, or fleet management space. Key Responsibilities Coordinate and monitor shipping, receiving, and inventory movement using Karmak Fusion Manage order fulfillment, delivery scheduling, and real-time shipment tracking Communicate with vendors, carriers, and internal teams to ensure timely and accurate shipments Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, shipment statuses, and delivery schedules Resolve logistics-related issues such as shipment delays, damaged goods, and documentation discrepancies Generate and analyze logistics and operations reports to support decision-making Support warehouse and fleet operations by tracking service
