Lead Physician, Virtual Health Assessment

About the role: Oscar Medical Group runs a Virtual Health Assessment (VHA) program that outreaches and virtually engages Oscar Health Insurance members in an evaluation and management visit. The Lead Physician is responsible for delivering quality care to a panel of patients as part of a multidisciplinary team of Physicians, Advanced Practice Providers (APPs), Registered Nurses (RNs), and Medical Assistant in a virtual environment. This role will oversee a team of APPs (NPs and PAs) delivering care to their patients and supporting them in Oscar strategic initiatives. You will report to the Director of Virtual Health Assessment Working Hours: We offer a full-time Monday–Friday schedule with 8-hour shifts. One late shift per week and one weekend per quarter are required.
