Join Orisha Health & Safety, our Business Unit that supports healthcare and medico-social sector players in their daily operations through innovative software solutions. As a Product Owner, you will work in close collaboration with the Product Manager within the SociaNova entity. Your mission? Be the essential bridge between the reality of the medico-social field and our technical teams to maximize the value of our software (in particular the Computerized User File - DUI Ogiris) and concretely meet the needs of supporting professionals. Your responsibilities: Understand and carry the voice of the field: you meet our users (facility directors, department heads, nursing and educational teams) during field visits or requirements workshops (Design Thinking) to understand their usage contexts and expectations. Translate business needs into features: you transform user needs and customer feedback into clear functional specifications and documentation, ready to be developed by the technical team.
