Position Summary: We are seeking a Behavioral Health Medical Assistant (MA) to support our telemedicine psychiatric providers. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for helping others. This role involves coordinating virtual patient visits, managing records, and ensuring each patient receives a smooth, high-quality telehealth experience. Key Responsibilities: Prepare patients for virtual appointments by confirming demographics, medications, and visit details.
