The Opportunity We’re looking for a Senior Manager, FP&A – Loan Portfolio & Revenue to own and evolve Oportun ’s revenue forecasting and lending portfolio planning capabilities. You’ll build and improve sophisticated financial models, translate complex operating and credit trends into clear insights, and help senior leaders understand the risks, opportunities, and drivers behind long-term business performance. This role sits at the intersection of FP&A, Credit, Product, Data, Accounting, and Operations. Success in the first year means establishing a trusted and scalable revenue forecasting process, improving visibility into lending portfolio performance, and strengthening the quality of forward-looking analysis used by senior leadership and the Board.
