Senior Sales Channel Manager UKI & Nordics Your mission We are expanding our partner ecosystem across the UKI and Nordic markets and are looking for an ambitious, growth-oriented Channel Manager to drive partner-led revenue and market expansion. You will recruit, enable, and grow strategic channel partners, build joint go-to-market plans, and create sustainable pipeline and revenue through MSPs, MSSPs, VARs, system integrators, and service providers. You will act as the primary link between Open Systems and our partner community, helping partners win with our Managed SASE and connectivity solutions. What you'll do Own and grow the partner ecosystem across UKI and the Nordics. Identify, recruit, onboard, and enable new strategic channel partners. Build and execute joint business plans focused on pipeline generation, revenue growth, and market expansion. Develop strong executive relationships within partner organizations. Enable partners to position and sell Open Systems ' Managed SASE, connectivity, and data sovereignty solutions. Create and execute partner-led marketing, demand generation, and sales initiatives. Support partners throughout the sales cycle, from opportunity identification to deal closure. Drive partner sourcing, registration, and progression of opportunities within the CRM.
