Lead Change Management Consultant – Google Workspace & Gemini Enterprise

OVERVIEW OnTrac is seeking a Lead Change Management Consultant (L5) to join a contractor program within a Google-focused solutions practice. You will be the primary point of contact for strategic corporate and enterprise customers, leading large-scale technology adoption and transformation programs and holding strategic conversations with C-suite leadership. This is more than a delivery role. It is a mission-critical position focused on driving significant business outcomes for customers and on shaping an evolving change management practice, including its expansion into Artificial Intelligence. The program centers on adoption of Google Workspace and Gemini Enterprise. We are looking for a change leader who is a subject-matter expert in both products, not a generalist who has simply used them, and who can pair that expertise with a track record of leading change at enterprise scale. This is a highly customer-facing role that calls for a professional and energetic demeanor. ENGAGEMENT • Location: United States, fully remote Travel: may be required for key implementation dates.
