About the role Onfleet is hiring an Engineering Manager to lead one of our cross-functional product teams: four to seven engineers, working closely with a product manager, reporting to the CTO. We are looking for a leader who drives execution without being on the critical path. You own the team's people, delivery, hiring and process. You delegate, coach through growth and through tough moments, act early, proactively and fairly, when something is not working, and keep execution visible with data and metrics rather than feelings. We code through agents, and a core part of this job is coaching the team's agentic way of working. We are not hiring the smartest person in the room.
