As we keep growing globally, we are looking for a high-energy Talent Acquisition Specialist (Recruiter) to join our People team full-time. You'll own full-cycle recruiting for your roles from start to finish. You'll also help shape our employer brand, culture, and People operations. What You'll Be Doing Full-Cycle Recruiting Own Your Requisitions: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for sales, tech, and operations roles, from the intake meeting to the signed offer. Partner with Hiring Managers: Run intake meetings to define role requirements, write job descriptions, and agree on the interview process and hiring criteria. Source & Engage: Build pipelines by finding and reaching out to strong passive candidates on LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and other creative channels.
