We're fully remote, with team members across the U.S. About the role Ondo's user research team is small but mighty, and works horizontally across the whole product suite, not inside a single pod. We're hiring a senior quantitative user researcher to build and lead quantitative research across the portfolio. You'll set your own UXR strategy with minimal guidance, take on the hardest decision-shaping questions whichever team they come from, and answer them with evidence that holds up at scale. What You'll Do Own the research intake and quant roadmap. Field research questions from product, design, GTM and leadership. Turn vague asks into answerable questions, decide which need quantitative evidence (and which don't), and prioritize whe
