Senior IT Project Manager – Application Transition / M&AWe are looking to hire a candidate with the mentioned skill sets and experience for one of our clients within the pharmaceutical Industry. This is a Contract Position | Remote US-Based Position Summary We are seeking a Senior IT Project Manager to provide IT leadership and coordination across a portfolio of business application initiatives supporting a large acquisition carve-out. The ideal candidate will have strong experience leading complex IT projects involving enterprise applications, technology transitions, implementations, migrations, or organizational change. Experience supporting Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A), acquisitions, divestitures, carve-outs, or application separation/integration is highly preferred. This role will work across business and IT teams to establish project plans, drive milestones, manage risks and dependencies, coordinate stakeholders, identify gaps, and ensure applications are ready for transition and operational support. The successful candidate should be comfortable operating at both the project/portfolio level and the detailed application level, working independently to identify issues and drive actions through completion. Key Responsibilities Lead and coordinate complex IT projects and application transition initiatives across multiple concurrent workstreams. Serve as the primary IT point of accountability for assigned applications and projects. Develop and maintain project pl
