This is a 12+ month contracting role with potential for extension. This is a REMOTE role Position Overview We are seeking a highly capable Change Management Contractor to support multiple concurrent initiatives within a dynamic life sciences organization. This role will drive structured change strategies that increase stakeholder visibility, accelerate adoption, and deliver measurable business outcomes across technology and process transformation programs. The contractor will partner closely with project managers, functional leads, and subject matter experts to ensure change impacts are understood and effectively supported within defined stakeholder groups. This role does not include enterprise-wide change governance or portfolio leadership responsibilities.
