Vice President of Operations & Supply Chain About the Role Olive & June is seeking a strategic, highly analytical, and execution-focused Vice President of Operations & Supply Chain to lead our end-to-end operations organization during the next phase of growth. This executive leader will be responsible for building and optimizing the operational infrastructure required to scale a high-growth omnichannel beauty business while maintaining exceptional service levels, quality standards, and profitability. Reporting to the executive leadership team, the Vice President of Operations & Supply Chain will oversee all aspects of operational execution, including supply and demand planning, forecasting, sourcing, supply chain, logistics, warehouse operations, inventory management, quality, and vendor partnerships. This leader will also play a critical role in shaping the long-term operational strategy of the business, ensuring Olive & June is positioned to scale efficiently and profitably.
